Talk to Your Coach ("the Service") is an AI-powered coaching application that provides tennis players with quick strategic advice during match situations, particularly when players have split sets and are on a break before the deciding set.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

The Service provides general tennis strategy advice through artificial intelligence technology. The AI coach is inspired by Coach Chase Bartlett from Austin Tennis Academy but does not represent actual coaching advice from Coach Bartlett or any other specific coach.

Users acknowledge that advice provided by the Service is not a substitute for professional coaching and should be used for informational and entertainment purposes only. No coaching relationship is created by use of the Service.

3. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years of age to access and use the Service. Users under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or guardian before using the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when interacting with the Service
• Use the Service in a responsible manner consistent with the purpose of obtaining tennis strategy advice
